To son Nicholas and heirs the dwelling plantation with wife Mary to have her home there during her life (Winders Purchase). To son Samuel and male heirs 130A "Barros Lott" bought of John Davis, Mary widow of John Fountain (son) to have a living on it during her widowhood. To son Samuel 30A "New Found Land" and "Fishing Island" both on S. side of Manokin River. Wife Mary and aforesaid Mary Fountain to have certain privileges. Said sons not to mortgage or sell lands.
To son Thomas, Personality.
To wife Mary certain pers. during life, at her death to son Nicholas & Samuel aforementioned and dau. Brichett (Gr. dau.); and 1/3 residue of pers. ext. Remaining 2/3 to all child. and grandson Risden Fountaine (son of John).
Two youngest children Betty & Ester to enjoy what their mother has should she die a widow.
To wife Mary two negroes, at her death to Samuel & Thomas.
