Founded Vincent's Store for Men in Leitchfield, Kentucky circa 1950. Work for USDA as fieldman in late 60's, State Executive Director in late 70's and as Jesamine Co. Manager in 80's. Active in democratic political service when not in government employment. President of Leitchfield Chamber of Commerce, hospital board and Rotary Club. Mason.
