At the home of Rev. BUDDLE.The marriage certificate in the name of Eliza PENAINA is signed by
Adam James DICKEY, but just an X mark from Eliza.
Adam James DICKEY's death certificate stated that his wife was Eliza
HAMILTON. This was probably an error and it is more likely that Eliza
was married to a soldier named HAMILTON before she met DICKEY.
