First selection called Dinton situated between Blowhard & Reg Tomkins where the lone pine tree is.

The Condon's first selected on November 13th, 1875; Will, Fred, John and Charles were the eldest ones. Enoch and family came from Heywood, near Portland in the Western district. Enoch selected the property now known as Dinton's, back from the southwest corner of the Lake.
