"Linda Cantrell graduated from the University of Colorado in 1962. She was a member of Pilanda Theta National Education Honorary. After graduation, Linda taught Spanish in the Junior High School in Pomona, California for one year. She declined employment in Pomona schools for another year to enroll in the University of Paris (Sorbonne) to take graduate work in French during the school year of 1963-64. She has also taken graduate work at Loyola University in Chicago. After returning from France, Linda taught French two years in the Senior High School in Hinsdale, Illinois.
