Nadine Elaine Cantrell

(September 1, 1924 - )

"Nadine Elaine Cantrell graduated in 1942 from the Davenport, Iowa High School. She was a member of the high school band. Nadine majored in Business Administration at Northwestern University. She sang and danced with a chorus line of fifteen girls in the Waa-Muu Show, which was a musical variety show presented annually. The script, words and music were original, and they were written, produced and directed by students. Each Waa-Muu Show is an original annual production, and many of the songs are copyrighted and sold to, or used by, profressional singers and musicians. (She married a Sides. Part of the information on page 66 is incomplete and appears to relate to the education of her husband.) After he passed the bar examination in Iowa and in Illinois, employment was attained in the Regional Attorney Office for the Department of Agriculture. A few years later, he transferred to the Atomic Energy Commission home office in Washington, D. C." (CANTRELL-CANTRILL by Horace Elbert Cantrell, 1972, page 65-66)
