Judia) 1736 McArthur Drive, Mansfield, Louisiana 71052-4500, tele: 318 -872-4963 (1998). William's real name was Sipko and had two brothers John Sipko (I don't know why there are two John's in that family) who works in the mining industry in Silver City, New Mexico, and Joseph Sipko who is an Elementry School Principal in Las Cruces, New Mexico, his phone numbers are, home 505-524-1828 and work 505-527-9615. William's adopted mother (Alice) was his real aunt, who is a sister to Margaret Kruilla who lives with son, Michael, in Larksville, Pennsylvania (May 5, 1993). I do not know at this time who William's mother was. According to Rachel, William admired Albert and took his name.)
