Frances "Fannie" Ann Beller

"Fannie" was called "Nannie" by Maude (Judia), Roy and Howard Kemper.

"Mrs. F. A. Cantrell, Deceased. Proof of Heirship. File No. 40426. The State of Texas. County of Eastland. Before me, the undersigned Notary Public in and for Eastland COunty, Texas, on this day personally appeared Ida Mae Tune and A. R. Day, both known to me to be credible persons, over the age of twenty-one years, who, being duly sworn, depose and each upon oath syas that they were well acquainted with the family of Mrs. F. A. (Frances Ann) Cantrell. Mrs. Cantrell was married but one time and that was to Gansford Cantrell who predeceased her. Mrs. Cantrell died, intestate, May 8, 1942, and there has been no administration of her estate, nor any necessity of an administration. There were only three children born of the marriage of Gansford Cantrell and Frances Ann Cantrell, that is Lulu Mae Cantrell, a daughter, who is now the wife of A. G. Whittington; Eva Cantrell, a daughter, who married G. H. Judia; and C. C. Cantrell, a son. Neither Gansford Cantrell nor Frances Ann Cantrell ever adopted any child or children.

"Eva Cantrell Judia was married but on time and that was to G. H. Judia. Both Eva Cantrell Judia and G. H. Judia are deceased. There has been no administration of their respective estates, nor any necessity of an administration. There were only five children born of the marriage of Eva Cantrell Judia and G. H. Judia, that is Guy Judia, a son, who died at the age of three years; Maude Judia, a daughter, who is the wife of W. O. Kemper; Ida Mae Judia, a daughter, whois the wife of Clarence I. Tune; Marie Judia, a single woman more than twenty-one years of age; and Ray Judia, a son, now more than twenty-one years of age. Neither Eva Cantrell Judia nor G. H. Judia ever adopted any child or children.

"C. C. Cantrell is now deceased. He was married two times. The first time was to Lillian Scarborough who predeceased him. There were only two children born of this marriage, one of whom died in infancy, the other, a son reached maturity but was killed prior to the death of his father. He never had any child or children, nor adopted any child. C. C. Cantrell was married the second time to Susie Scarborough, who survives him. There were only four children born of this second marriage, that is Mary F. Cantrell, a daughter, who is now Mrs. Mary F. Mullins, a widow; Maybelle Cantrell, a daughter, who is now the wife of J. B. Upton; Josephine Cantrell, a daughter, who is now the wife of Raiford R. Huntington; and C. T. Cantrell, a son, who is over the age of twenty-one. C. C. Cantrell never adopted any child or children. There was no administration of his estate, nor was there any necessity of an administration.

"The only living heirs of Mrs. F. A. (Frances Ann) Cantrell, deceased, are the above named daughter, Lulu Mae Whittington, and grandchildren, Mrs. Mary F. Mullins, a widow, Mrs. Maybelle Upton, Mrs. Josephine Huntington, C. T. Cantrell, Mrs. Maude Kemper, Mrs. Ida Mae Tune, Miss Marie Judia, a single woman, and Mr. Ray Judia. Witness our hand, this the 21 day of August, 1952. Mrs. Ida Mae TUne. A. R. Ray. Subscribed and sworn to before me, this the 21 day of August, A. D. 1952. J. N.
