"I am Mary Jane Cannon Lewis, wife of Norris A. Lewis grandson of Martha Dunaway and William Casper Lewis. I will try to correct the page on Martha Dunaway. Martha Dunaway was b. June 6, 1881 d. April 2, 1953. William Casper Lewis first marriage was to Mary Francis Strait. Mae Lewis and Charlie Lewis were their children. Next he married grandmother Martha who had two children from a previous marriage to Frank Golden. These children were, Child #1 was Beatrice, was not a Lewis but a Golden, child # 2 was Grady Golden. Grady Golden died in 1917. Beatrice married Hector Loftin. Children of William Casper Lewis and Martha Dunaway Lewis were: 1. Emma Evelyn Lewis b. 7/09/1901 d. 2/18/1983; 2. Elvin Casper Lewis b. 1/13/1903 d. 2/02/1977; 3. Henry L. Lewis b. 9/18/1904 d. 10/15/1906; 4. Julius Carey Lewis b. 1/23/1906 d. 9/1963; 5. Miram Bess Lewis (M) b. 8/21/1914 d. 1999.
