From "Abstracts of Wills & Estates of Marion Co., MS (1812-1859)", the following is taken: "on 5 Aug. 1822 - Est. of Isham Russell, Sr. to Isham Russell, Jr., admstr. names Elizabeth Russell, Sr., Isham Chisum, Thomas downey, Elijah Chisum, Nehemiah Magee, Ezreal Stagner, Wm. Fortenberry, Nathaniel Piggott, John Warren & John Regan". Isham Chisum apparently died in that portion of Covington Co., MS which became Bainbridge Co. in 1823, but which was disbanded in 1824.
