Parmenas Haynes, born 7/1/1742, married Elizabeth Baber 12/15/1767, who was born 9/21/1749, died 3/1/1813. My first marriage was to Elizabeth Baber. Nancy Haynes, born 12/10/1768, married 12/28/1797 Jesse Eley, her second marriage. Robert Haynes, born 11/2/1770, married 9/27/1794 to Lucy Phelps. Richard Haynes, born 3/5/1773, married 7/4/1800 to Abi Ragen, daughter of Johnathan Ragen. Elizabeth Haynes died 11/29/1779. Nancy Haynes, married 1st to James Shackleford 11/25/1797 of Bedford County, Virginia. Parmenas Haynes married Delia Greer 12/2/1781, who was born 10/31/1758, the second marriage to Delia Greer 12/2/1781, daughter of Aquilla Greer. Salley Haynes, born 11/7/1785, married 9/3/1807 Woody Jackson. Delia Haynes, born 2/10/1788, married William Greer 3/24/1808. Polley Haynes, born 12/2/1794, married 4/7/1812 John Thorington of Oglethorpe. Jasper Haynes, born 11/3/1797, married 5/7/--, Lucy Slaten of Oglethorpe County, who was born 8/8/--.
