"I am the grand daughter of William Francis Embrey. I like to give you additional
information on William Francis Embrey's family. William Francis Embrey was born 3/8/1879, the son of James Henry and Elizabeth Greer Embrey. William Francis known as "Will" was a farmer. He loved music and played the fiddle. The Embreys were known through out Tate county Mississippi for there musical talent. They were sometime called upon to provide the entertainment at local events.

children. Jessie Mae d. 11/17/1982 and is buried in the Ebenezer cemetery on Stage Road, Tate County Mississippi. William Francis d. 12/14/1963 and is buried in the Greenleaf cemetery Tate County, Mississippi.
