D. F. Fox appears in the Statement of Seventh Collection of funds, and distribution of the same on attorneys fees, and to the heirs of Ann Fox, deceased, against the American-Mexican Claims Commission. I did not have his name in the records from Hester Fox (my Grandmother), but I'm sure the document is proof he was a brother, perhaps dead at the time of the document, May 18th, 1953.
