Phillip Johnson, 70, of Snyder passed away on January 5, 2012 in Lubbock.
Family Visitation will be held at 5 p.m. to 7p.m. Saturday, January 7 2012 at Wright Colonial Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Sunday January 8, 2012 at 2p.m. at Hillside Memorial Gardens with Reverend Steve Highfield, Associate pastor of Calvary Baptist Church officiating.
Phillip was born in Dublin, Texas on October 4, 1941 to Robert Elvin and Floye Maye Johnson
Mr. Johnson was retired from Basic Oil.
Phillip loved his family, his friends, fishing, and hunting. He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed living on the edge.
Phillip is survived by his son Steve Johnson of Jacksonville, Florida, sisters Lareta and Bert Lawrence of Carney Oklahoma, Alice and Hubert Starnes of Lubbock, Texas; One brother Curtis and Dathis Johnson of Colorado City, Texas; Sister-in-law Sheresa Johnson and family of Snyder, Texas; Also by numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his Mother, Father, Two brothers, and one sister.
