Georgia was the daughter of George McCullar and Ada Jane Burris McCullar Hubbs Her mother and sister, Virginia (Jean) McCullar Karnes are buried in Garden of Memories. Her husband, Robert Raymond Karnes, is also buried in Garden of Memories. She was residing in Vass in Moore Co, NC at the time of her death in Pinehurst, NC. She was survived by her sister, Jimmie Dale Moss Trezise; and brother, Louis Edward Bittle. Her obituary was published in the Palestine Herald-Press, Wednesday, 19 October 2011.
