Ceble Stephens, 90, of Cottonwood passed away January 31, 2016 at home, as she wanted. She was born July 6, 1925 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Known by all as "Granny", she resided in Flagstaff until retirement in 1977 and then moved to the Verde Valley. Her husband Cecil and two sons, Michael and Tommy Stephens preceded her in death. She was a proud homemaker who loved crocheting. She is survived by her three daughters, Bettie Stephens, Freida Stephens Steele (Raymond Steele), Dianne Stephens Moran. She was blessed with seventeen grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren. She loved everyone she met and they loved her. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 5 in the Westcott Funeral Home at 2 PM.
