David Gentry Jr.

(November 11, 1761 - December 6, 1813)

David Gentry occupied land in Madison County, which he obtained from land speculators in Virginia. After living there for 10 years, he lost the land due to defective titles. After his death, three daughters by his last wife, Oney (21), Jane (11), and Winnie (8), continued to live together and never married.
