"Rev. Ed Terry, age 84, died Thursday of last week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Miller. Rev. Terry was a Confederate soldier, who lost and arm in the service of his country. He was a Presbyterian minister and went to Mexico as a missionary. Funeral services were held at the Coryell Church with burial in Coryell Church Cemetery by Lee Undertakers." Edward Eugene Terry died in the home of his niece, Minnie Bell Terry Miller and her husband, John J. Miller. Minnie Bell was the daughter of Edward Terry's brother, Charles H. Terry and wife, Laura Bell Harrison Terry.
