"(Malinda) Jane Greear was born June 10, 1856, in Scott County, Virginia, and died May 6, 1921, in Wenatchee Washington. She married J.W. Scott Hutchinson on February 14, 1875, in the Greear family home near Fort Blackmore, Scott County. Scott Hutchinson was born September 16, 1849, in Scott County, and died November 18, 1934, in Wenatchee. He was the youngest son of Emanuel and Margaret Addington Hutchinson. Scott and Jane are interred in the Wenatchee Mausoleum. Their marriage produced five children and thirteen grandchildren." (James D. Glann, jimglann@sbcglobal.net>, Septemaber 2002.)
