Bred ponies. Went bankrupt about 1928. At a sale at Okehampton this was attended by Robert Shawe Templer, Gerald Walter Templer, Cecil Robert Templer. The remnants of Stover and Lindridge house were then sold.

GWRT - Lieutenant-Colonel Henry Line Templer 10th Light Dragoon Guards by Stubbs this was sold at Christie’s
RST - Bought George Templer of Shapwick, very large dinner and tea service which was grey and with family crest.
At the Okehampton sale in the attics were a number ofletters and envelopes addressed to Rev James Acland Templer of Puddletown, Dorset franked by well-known figures e.g. Nelson, Pitt etc. These were stolen before the sale.
