Richard Goldsmith

Richard was the fifth of eight known children born to Richard Goldsmith and Hannah Dodge of Wenham and Littleton, Mass. He was married at Littleton on 20 January 1763 to Sarah Dix, the daughter of Jonathan Dix and Sarah Shattuck of Littleton. He and Sarah lived in Littleton, and then moved to Harvard, Mass. They had ten children, the first five born in Littleton, and last five born in Harvard:
