As much of my land as will include the spring and still house now occupied by them; also reserving to the children of my daughter Betsy Parker that piece of land they now live on, beginning at the pine corner above Issac Parker's Spring, thence along the first lines of my land to the lake at Wagon road thence at right course toward the creek to a Walnut corner near the creek by John Parker's fence. Also to my son Joseph Guyton I will and bequest all my farming utensils and my part of our wagon and gears. Also, my negro man named Catto; Item: to my son Aaron Guyton, I will and bequest one feather bed and furniture; Item: to my two sons-in-law John Smith and Jonathan Smith I will each of them one dollar to be paid to them by my Extrs. And my will is that my negro woman Silvy and her children be equally divided amongst my children in the following manner. WIZ: divided amongst the three children of my son Moses Guyton, Decesc; Hannah Fondrin; Salley Guyton; Tabitha Guyton; One part to be equally divided amongst them. Also the children of deceased daughter Betsy Parker one share to be equally divided amongst them; and to my children Aaron Guyton, Joseph Guyton, Molley Smith and Hannah Martin each of them a share by lot agreeable to the appraismental and not by sale; and the children of my son Abram. Guyton to have one share of the said negroes to be equally divided amongst them as above. And the remainder of my goods and chattle I will that they be equally divided amongst my children. My son Abraham's children to have one part equally amongst them.
