The writ of partition states "Isaiah Parker, late of state and district aforesaid, died intestate leaving at the time of his death a widow Elizabeth Parker now deceased, and children Aaron Parker, Hannah Parker now Hannah Smith wife of Jame Smith, John Parker, Rachel Parker now Rachel Malcomson wife of David Malcomson, Sarah Parker, Isaac Parker and Joseph Parker.
