Obituary

Jeromy Wayne Eubanks Ringling - Funeral Services for Mr. Jeromy Wayne Eubanks, 82, of Ringling is scheduled for 10:00 am Thursday March 1, 2018 at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel of Ringling with Bro. John Spradlin officiating. Interment will follow at Ringling Memorial Cemetery. Wayne was born on Nov. 21, 1935 at Walters to the late Mr. J.D. Eubanks and Mrs. Inez (Coker) Eubanks. He departed this life on Friday, February 23, 2018 at the Healdton Hospital.Wayne was raised at Devol attending school at Duncan. He received a scholarship to OSU for architecture but chose to work as a carpenter instead of attending college. He was 2nd in state in carpentry during high school. Wayne married the former Ottressia "Topsy" Ward and to this union they were blessed with four children, Jerry, Vicki, Kim and Kevin. Later in life he married Donna Slain in 1984 and she preceded him in death on Sept 5, 2007. Wayne was a very skilled carpenter who could build anything and was an accomplished brick layer and was a member of the Carpenters Union.He was also preceded by his Parents and a brother, Jimmy.Survivors include a daughter Vickie Ross and husband Joe of Rio Linda, CA and Kim Dragoo and husband Mark of Redding, CA; sons, Jerry Eubanks and wife Margaret of Atlee and Kevin Eubanks of Colorado Springs, CO; 8 grandchildren, J.D. Eubanks and wife Tabitha, Nicki Hill and husband Eddy, Jeromy Eubanks and wife Ashley, Isis Ross, Steven Eubanks, Sarah Hannigan and husband Neil, Gracie Dragoo and Kalie Dawn Huggins and husband John; 3 great grandchildren and numerous other family and friends. Casket Bearers are Jeromy Eubanks, J.D.Eubanks, Dakota Eubanks, Joe Hill, Eddy Hill and Bobby Bracken.Honorary Bearers are his Great Grandchildren and Kelen Pemberton, Wilby Barnes, Billy Bob Barnes and Mickey Ficklin.Family visitation will be held from 5 to 7 pm Wednesday at Alexander Funeral Home of Ringling.Condolences may be shared online at www.alexanderfuneralhome.org
