Angela Theresa Thees Shaw, 93, of Summerville, SC passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019.
Cryptside Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Summerville Cemetery Mausoleum at 3:30 pm. Visitation will be at Parks Funeral Home Friday from 6 - 8 pm.
Angela was born October 11, 1925 in Kearny, NJ, a daughter of the late Nicholas Matthew Thees and Gladys Wohlforth Thees. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed collecting antiques and loved building and furnishing doll houses.
Survivors include her son, David M. Shaw of Summerville; two daughters, Elaine S. Crusco of Wayne, NJ, Dianne K. Shaw of Rockaway, NJ; one brother, Paul Thees of Waldwick, NJ; three granddaughters, Carolyn Arturi of Hawthorne, NJ, Amber Shaw and Kayla Shaw Buckmon, both of Summerville; and one great-grandson. Angela was predeceased by her husband of 70 years, Raymond P. Shaw who passed in June, 2016 and her son, Brian J. Shaw, who passed at the age of 61 in February, 2014.
