James Bromer "Buck" Sudduth

James “Buck” Sudduth, 91, passed away January 28, 2017.

A native of Greenville County, son of the late James Wilson and Cora Henson Sudduth, he was a retired employee of Springs Industries and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. 

Buck was a lifelong farmer and had a love for tractors, especially John Deere.

Surviving are his wife of 71 years, Marjorie Dillard Sudduth of the home; a son, Doug Sudduth (Jana); a daughter, Pam Tonnsen (Dennis); a sister, Margaret Gibson all of Greer; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Monday, January 30, 2017 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, conducted by Dr. Drew Hines and Rev. Todd Johnson. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Doug Sudduth, Dennis Tonnsen, Eric Tonnsen, Cory Tonnsen, Ryan Tonnsen and Jeromy Johnson.

Visitation will be held 5:30-7:00 p.m. Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
