Kenneth Carl Benier, 86, died on February 12, 2017 at Regional Medical Center (RMC). He is survived by his daughter, sister, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Joy Benier, and grandson, Austin Joplin. He retired from the Park and Recreation of New York State. Memorial service: 11:00 a.m. February 17, 2017 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Anniston, Alabama.
