Mrs. Malissa G. Wilson
LAURENS-Jan. 9-Mrs. Malissa Greer Wilson, 86, died suddenly at the home of her son, Eddie, 411 Fleming Street this afternoon at 3:55. She had been ill a few weeks.
Mrs. Wilson was the widow of the late Manning and Louise Traver Greer. She and her late husband lived the greater part of their lives in Woodruff but for the past several years she lived with her son here. She was the last member of her immediate family. Survivors include her son and seven grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be announced from the Lanford-Boyter Mortuary at Woodruff. The body will be at the home after 3 p.m. Tuesday.
