Margaret Craig Webb 74, of Highlands, Texas, went to be with the Lord on October 1, 2013. Margaret was born on October 14, 1938 in Baytown, Texas to Robert and Janie (Jamison) Craig. Margaret worked as a Librarian for Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District, and in her spare time she enjoyed traveling, watching the Astros, and most of all spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Margaret was a very kind, caring and loving woman who will be missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Robert Murray Craig, Daniel Lucien Craig; sister-in-law, Lynda Craig; brother-in-law, James K. Pledger. Margaret is survived by her son, Bryan Webb and wife Mary Beth; daughter, Laurie Webb Stout and husband Jeff; sister, Laura Pledger; sister-in-law; Marylyn Craig; grandchildren, Kim Stout, Erin Howell, Megan Clark, Jeffery Stout, Kyler Stout, Katie Jo Stout, Vessie Webb, Mary Kim Evans; 10 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2013 from 5-8pm at Sterling-White. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 4, 2013 10am at Highlands United Methodist Church with burial following at Sterling-White Cemetery. Services have been entrusted to Sterling-White Funeral Home 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd. Highlands, Texas 77562.
