McMinnville resident and Iowa native Hazel Roberta Williamson, age 70, died May 7 at her home after a six-month illness.
A homemaker, she served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
She was the daughter of the late Leonard and Margaret Barnes Eastman; she was also preceded in death by daughter, Joy Ann Williamson; and brother, Donald Eastman.
Survivors include son, Joe E. Williamson of McMinnville, daughters, Pamela Yates, Wanda Jean Alvarado, Terry Childress, and Tracey Caswell, all of McMinnville; eleven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; former husband, Joe Austin Williamson of Sparta; and brother, George Eastman of Iowa.
Services were held Saturday at High's Chapel with Mack Mullican officiating. Burial followed at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
