Miss Eddie C. Traynham, daughter of the late Robert and Ella Spurlock Greer, died Friday, January 21, 1972 at Bullock County Hospital in Statesboro, following a brief illness. Born in Brunswick April 1, 1893, Mrs. Traynham was a member of the Broxton Methodist Church and had been a resident of Broxton for many years. She was the widow of the late James G. "Jim" Traynham, and active in the Broxton community.
