Peggy B. Stephenson was born August 15, 1935 in Newelltown, LA. She went to be with her Lord January 5, 2018 in Shreveport, LA. She was a member of Woodridge Baptist Church and a longtime Western Electric (AT&T) employee.
Mrs. Stephenson is preceded in death by her husband, Edgar F. Stephenson. She is survived by her son, Robert Stephenson and wife Cheryl; her daughter, Gaye Munn; four grandchildren; five with one on the way great-grandchildren; a brother, Jimmy Burchfield and wife Sue, other relatives and friends.
A service celebrating the life of Peggy B. Stephenson will be held Tuesday, January 9, 2018, 2:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, Shreveport, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Chuck McInturf. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be Monday, January 8 from 5 until 7 PM.
