Gordon K. Painter, a Montgomery resident, died Sunday, November 19, 2006. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at 11 a.m. from Alabama Heritage Funeral Home, with Minister Jason Cicero officiating. Interment will follow in the cemetery. An Auburn University graduate, Mr. Painter was a Vice President of Civil Design & Consulting, Inc., of Auburn, AL, and a Board Member of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce. He was also the #307 Wolf Pack Leader, and was a Deacon at Perry Hill Road Church of Christ in Montgomery. He is survived by his wife, Kay Simpson Painter; a son, Charles Gordon Painter; his mother, Elizabeth Martin; a sister, Angela Levato; three brothers, Chad, Jessie Ray and Kyle Martin. Pallbearers will be Scott Fowler, Brad Porter, Ragin Ingram, Mark Smith, Parker Lewis, Phillip Simpson and Jeremy Simpson. Walker Davis and Sam Hendrix will be Honorary Pallbearers.
