Mrs. Bland was preceded in death by her husband, R.D. Russell in 1949 and by husband, Mason Bland in 1991.
Survivors include three daughters, Linda Phillips of Wills Point, Peggy Hoffman of Frankston and Sandra Burke of New Albany, Indiana; one brother, D.O. Teel Jr., of Wills Point; one sister, Nancy Kane of Wellsville, N.Y.; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
