Born to James Hart (1856-1889) & Mary "Mollie" Smith Hart (1861-1886). Both parents died prematurely, and Rosa went to live with her grandmother, Nancy Hart Dictson, in Lone Oak. She is shown there in the 1900 census.
Rosa married W.H. Allen. She died at age 33.
Although the death certificate states her father as Joe Hart, her father was actually James Hart. Joe Hart, James' brother, died at age 18.
