Sue Thomas was a native of Harlan County and had lived here all of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the North Evarts Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ila Tyree Bruner and Henry Bruner; three children, Landa Middleton, Stevie Middleton, Browyn Smith; three brothers, Bill Bruner, R.J. Bruner, Henry Bruner; and two sisters, Perna Middleton and Imojean Stumbo.
Survivors include five children, Green Bailey Middleton and wife Jackie, Richard Middleton and wife Vickie, Billy Joe Middleton, Michael Middleton and wife Tina, Jeff Middleton.
Also surviving are sixteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
