Marriage announcement in the Van Nuys News (Van Nuys, Calif), Dec. 10, 1929, page 5?:"George Halverson and Bride on Honeymoon -- The marriage of Miss Lydia Collins of Huntington Park and George Halverson, son of Mr. and Mrs. B. E. Halverson of Van Nuys, which took place Monday Monday in Los Angeles has been announced. The groom who has resided in this community since 1911 is well known and has many friends among the younger group, having attended Van Nuys high school. The couple will be home after December 30 at 6616 Sylmar street."
