He is survived by one daughter, Dolly Ellen Able, of Checotah, Okla.; brothers: John R. Able and wife, Lou-Ann of Caballo, N.M., and Wesley A. Able and wife, Ina of Carlsbad, N.M.; sisters: Sharon Stall and husband, Ray of Artesia, Sherrilyn Arredondo and husband, David of Lordsburg, N.M., and Nora Lang and husband, Harvey of Lordsburg, N.M.; and numerous other family members and friends in the Carlsbad, Lordsburg, Hobbs and Eunice areas.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service was held Feb. 6, 2010, in Lordsburg, N.M.
