Services for Theo Ruth Watson, 90, will be 11 a.m. Monday at Craddock Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Fite officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery.
Born June 9, 1911, in Durwood to Willis and Mamie Harrison Henderson, she died Oct. 13, 2001, in a local health care facility. She married Roy W. Watson on Feb. 21, 1932, in Dickson. He preceded her in death on May 17, 1993.
Mrs. Watson was a lifelong resident of Carter County. She graduated from Dickson High School and lived in the Dickson area most of her life. She was a member of Dickson Home Demonstration Club. She was also an active member of Dickson Baptist Church until moving to Ardmore in 1992 when she joined Southwest Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Blanche Smith, Ardmore, and Ruth Holder, Lake Kiowa, Texas; a son, Wayland Watson, Ardmore; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2-5 p.m. today.
