A.] STRIFFLER, per local death certificate #3995 - Sexton J. B. SHORES (remarks: daughter of Daniel & Betty GRIER HENDERSON).

"Mrs. E. H. JEFFERSON Dies At Home Here // Mrs. Elizabeth HENDERSON JEFFERSON, 74, widow of Nicholas JEFFERSON and well known Columbus woman, died at the residence, 3320 Woodlawn drive, Sunday afternoon at 3:25 o'clock, following an illness of three weeks. // Mrs. JEFFERSON was born at Jackson Gap, Ala., Jan. 27, 1871, the daughter of Daniel and Betty GRIER HENDERSON. She had resided in Columbus for the past 50 years and was a member of the First Baptist church. // Surviving are three sons, Joe L. JEFFERSON, Lakeland, Fla.; Jack JEFFERSON, Columbus; and Sgt. Howard N. JEFFERSON, Indian Town Gap, Pa.; a brother, Jesse HENDERSON [her half brother Jessie Berry Henderson], Birmingham; three grandchildren, Jack, Joan and Ansley JEFFERSON, Lakeland, Fla.; also several nieces and nephews. // Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a. m. at the D. A. Striffler mortuary chapel, with Dr. Frederick S. PORTER officiating. Interment will be in Linwood cemetery. // The following have been requested to serve as pallbearers: E. D.
