Charles Denney, aged 64, died at his home near Griffin of Pneumonia last Friday. Deceased was a son of the late Jackson Denney and is the sixth of a family of twelve to die. An elder brother John M. Denney aged 66 is very low at his home near Denney. In early life the deceased married Miss Sarah Ryan, a daughter of the late Dr. Ryan, from which union seven children were born, six of whom survive him; being Misses Nannie and Minnie; Messrs Richard, Will, Charles and James Denney, Messrs Will and Charles being
the Denney Brothers of this city, besides these he is survived by his widow and one sister and four brothers. He was a good man and held in the highest esteem by all who knew him.
