Carlene Cozad Greer, a resident of New Braunfels, TX and former resident of Wimberley, TX, passed away March 23, 2012 at the age of 83. She was born April 24, 1928 in Evansville, Indiana to Guy Cozad and Ruth F. Brown. She married her husband, Dr. James W. Greer December 12, 1947. She is survived by one son, John Greer and wife Lynda of Wimberley; two daughters, Jane Cardwell and husband Bill of Houston; Julie Greer of Mansfield, TX; eight grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; brother, John E. Cozad. She was preceded in death by her husband and a son, James B. Greer. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 31, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Wimberley.
