John T. Moore of Huguley died Last Friday.
John T. Moore, 72, resident of Huguley community for the past 14 years, died May 23 in the Langdale Hospital, following a heart attach sustained while working on his farm.
Services were held Saturday from the Huguley Methodist Church, the Rev. William Cofield officiating. Burial was in Shawmut, conducted by Johnson and Blakely.
Mr. Moore was born in Tallapooswa County. His membership was in the Univeralist Church at Camp Hill.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ada Bryant Moore, Huguley, four daughters, Mrs. J. P. Musick and Mrs. J. H. White, both of Fort Arthur, Texas; Mrs. L. F. Underwood, Shawmut, and Mrs. L. J Edwards, Lanett, two sons, J. P. Moore, Route 5 of Huguley, and J. Watson Moore, Lanett; 14 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and a brother, Frank Moore, Waverly.
