Ms. Kinnard was born Oct. 2, 1913, in Wood County.
Survivors: Husband, Joe B. Kinnard of Fort Worth; son, Jesse Stigall Jr. of Weatherford; daughter, Judy Hawley of Fort Worth; brother, Gene Pope of Emory; five sisters, Bea Gowins and Madie Parker, both of Fort Worth, Ola V. Fenter of Point, Merle Coker of Corsicana and Faye Donald of Fort Worth; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
