"MILAM-McKinney, Tex., July 7 - Mrs. Eliza Milam died at her home near Van Alstyne. She was the daughter of Collin McKinney, for whom Collin County and the City of McKinney were named. Mrs. Milam was a charter member of the First Christian Church organized in Collin County."
