Elizabeth Ann Kemman, 80, of Virginia Beach, VA, and formerly of Beloit, WI, died November 10, 2004 at Atlantic Shores Retirement Community, Virginia Beach, VA. She was born November 21, 1923 in Rockford, IL, the daughter of Arthur and Elizabeth Mathieson Robertson. Elizabeth was a 1942 graduate of Winter Haven High School in Florida. She married John Frazier on June 10, 194. His aircraft was lost over Burma/China the next year and he was never found. Elizabeth married Richard Kemman on July 29, 1950 in the Second Congregational Church, Rockford, IL. They were married 53 years until his death on January 10, 2004.
