Richard Herbert Kemman, 83, of Virginia Beach, VA and formerly of Beloit, WI, died January 10, 2004 in Virginia Beach, VA. He was born July 11, 1920 in Beloit, WI, the son of Herbert and Pearl Crider Kemman. Richard was a graduate of Beloit Memorial High School. He married Elizabeth Robertson on July 29, 1950 in the Second Congregational Church, Rockford, IL. Richard was employed by Sears Roebuck And Company for 33 years, retiring in 1980. He was a member of the Pattern Makers League of North America, the American Philatelic Society and the First Congregational Church. Burial in East Lawn Cemetery, Beloit, WI.
