Harry J. Craigmile

Harry J. Craigmile was born on July 11, 1883 at Tarkio, Missorui. He passed away at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri on September 24, 1944, at the age of 61 years, 2 months and 13 days.
Mr. Craigmile was united in marriage to Miss. Edith Wilson at Tarkio, Missouri. a few years later they moved to Kansas locating on the farm south of Vliets, Kansas where they have made their home. They have improved this place through the years to make it one of the loveliest farm homes of the community.
In early life Mr. Craigmile declared his faith in Christ and united with the Baptist Church. he and Mrs. Craigmile have labored through the local church for every cause of community betterment.
Survivors include his wife, Edith, one brother Lee Craigmile; one sister, Mrs. Florence Yoder, both of Tarkio, Missouri; eight nephews and nieces. Two sisters and one brother preceded him in death.
Funeral services were held at the Padden Funeral Chapel in Frankfort on Tuesday with Reverend Wright M. Horton officiating.
Pallbearers were Don Backman, Alfred Sisk, Charles Witham, W.R. Glasgow, Earl Owen, Emery Hull, Robert Turnbull and John Nicklas.
Interment was in the Frankfort Cemetery, Frankfort, Kansas.
