Individual Details
Stanley Dean Stewart Jr.
(15 Jun 1952 - 24 Jun 2015)
Stanley Dean Stewart, 63, passed away, June 24, 2015 at his home in Stanton, MI.
He leaves his wife of 46 years, Sheryl (Wright) Stewart; his three
sons, Dean, Timothy and Chad Stewart; his daughter, Angie Williams;
thirteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren and many cherished
friends.
Born and raised in Crystal MI, the son of Stanley and Donna Stewart,
he had met the love of his life by seventeen and soon started their
family. During his life he was an operator by trade but his true
passion was time spent with his family. As an avid outdoorsman this
included hunting, camping, fishing, and raising his many animals. He
was the kind of man who never met a stranger or turned down a friend
in need.
His legacy lives on in the life lessons taught to his children and
grandchildren. He did not tell us how to live our lives but instead
lived and let us watch him. He taught us to cherish what’s important,
work hard every day, to love family deeply and to respect ourselves
and others. Our family has lost the man we looked up to and he will be
missed every day.
A funeral service will be held at Barden Funeral Home in Stanton, MI
on June 29th at 1pm.
