Patricia Ann Coffin Riley, of Bradenton, FL died Thursday, April 12, 2007 after a fourteen year battle with cancer. She was 55 years old.
She is survived by her children, Nathan, Amanda and Phillip Riley; two granddaughters, Jazmin and Emma Riley; siblings Linda Dunham, Christopher Coffin, Theresa Coffin and David Coffin, all of Bradenton, FL.
Services will be held at Skyway Memorial Cemetery at 1 PM, Saturday, April 21, 2007.
Born in Englewood, N.J., she relocated to Bradenton with her family in 1956. She enjoyed a career as an RN that spanned three decades. During that time, she brought joy into the lives of all she came into contact with and was said to be the best nurse many have ever known. She most enjoyed the time she spent working with Gentiva Home Health. She loved life and wanted to experience all it had to offer, so when she wasn't nursing, you could find her doing the things she loved most: arts and crafts, playing with her granddaughters, gardening or trying to find something special to put a smile on a loved one's face, all invariably with her beloved dog by her side. She loved the beach, her family and ''junking''. Everything she did, from dressing as a clown for special occasions, to making original Halloween costumes had her unique ''Patti touch''. She was a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend, and nurse. As a born again Christian, she is now all of those things in Heaven.

The family is being served by Covell Cremation and Funeral Center.
